Real Time Flash Updates
US INDICES (U2010) September 2010
Posted: 09/06/10 18:28 OST/EST
For Trade Date: 09/07/10
OMNIACS,
Welcome back from your holiday. I hope you enjoyed your time off. Please review the chart below. It is the Dow Transportation average (The Leader). We have several things going on here. One, there undoubtedly was a 3-Day Holiday weekend REVERSAL in all U.S. indices as well as in many other markets last week. Go T/A! Secondly, in the indices charts we have a Head & Shoulders HEAD TEST taking place and third, most indices are testing a MAJOR RESISTANCE LINE or level as of Fridays close. This will very likely result in a complete reversal of last weeks action as this week plods along. We will stand aside and observe market ROTATIONS and price behavior before entering into a position. I will keep you informed via the Flash Update System throughout the trading session
Always exit all OMNI recommendations by the close of the day session unless otherwise flash updated.
NEVER TRADE COMMODITY FUTURES MARKETS WITHOUT PROTECTIVE STOP LOSS ORDERS IN PLACE.

4th Flash Update for US INDICES 03:34:27 OST/EST
To those traders who did agree with the OMNI scenario and sold the indices, you should have been filled short up to 1106.00 in ES, 1873.50 in Nasdaq and 645.70 in Russell. We are now trading ES 1098.50, NQ 1862.50 and Russ 640.50. Please take at least 50% of your position profits here at market. Pull your protective buy stops down to break even on the balance of your positions. Nice to ring the register on our first trade back from the holiday. UY OMNIACS

3rd Flash Update for US INDICES 22:50:57 OST/EST
This flash is to be sure all traders tonight understand the risk involved in tonights OMNI trade recommendations..
Please be aware
that selling into the rally that we witnessed last week is VERY RISKY, against the grain and much TRICKIER than usual. Technically, we are having a Head & Shoulders TEST and hitting into a major resistance trend line as of this writing. That however, does not insure that the market will drop! The rally last week was very big and might have meaning , however, I personally do not see this as a strong market. Lastly, OMNI is simply acting in the very same manner it would after any 3 Day Holiday Weekend reversal week. Please be sure your own studies agree with this strategy before considering these recommendations.

2nd Flash Update for US INDICES 21:50:20 OST/EST
ATTENTION:
Correction!
The Risk on the ES in the previous Flash should have been
ABOVE
1118.00 not 1115.00. If you have decided to enter into the ES market then please adjust your stop(s) accordingly. My apologies for any inconveniences.

1st Flash Update for US INDICES 21:33:22 OST/EST
OMNIACS,
Usually we wait for a few hours to a full day until trading after returning from a 3 Day holiday weekend. This instance however the markets are already at the what we call the DO OR DIE area. The ES had a level of 1107.00 - 1109.00 do or die and last = 1107.00. Nasdaq do or die = 1875.00 - 1880.00 , Last = 1873.50. and Russell 2000 has a 648.00 - 650.00 do or die with last price being 646.00. If your own studies agree with shorting at this juncture then you may begin entering into short positions as we rally here in either of the three, remember Russell is the thinnest during the evening sessions. Risk (stop) on ES is
ABOVE
1115.00. Risk on Nasdaq is
ABOVE
1902.00 and Russell is
ABOVE
657.00. I will keep you informed.
